FAMILY RESOURCES

Autism Evaluation Resources
At Homestead Learning Academy, we understand that finding answers and support for your child can feel overwhelming. We help families navigate autism evaluation resources by providing guidance, local referrals when available, and support in understanding the next steps after an evaluation. Our goal is to help parents feel informed, supported, and connected to the resources their child may need.
DDD Resources
Navigating available services and support programs can feel overwhelming, especially after receiving a diagnosis or realizing your child may need additional assistance. At Homestead Learning Academy, we're here to help families understand and access the resources available to them.

DDD stands for the Division of Developmental Disabilities, a program through the State of Arizona that provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. These services may include therapies, habilitation, respite care, attendant care, employment supports, and other resources designed to help children and families thrive.

We understand that the application process, paperwork, eligibility requirements, and available services can be confusing. As part of our commitment to supporting the whole family, we help parents navigate the DDD process, connect with local resources, understand available benefits, and advocate for the support their child needs.

Our goal is to ensure families in the White Mountains feel empowered, informed, and supported every step of the way—because no family should have to navigate these challenges alone.

Community Resources
At Homestead Learning Academy, we believe education extends beyond the classroom. We are proud to partner with local organizations, businesses, and community members to provide students and families with meaningful opportunities, valuable resources, and real-world learning experiences.
Our high school students have access to career and technical education opportunities through our partnership with NAVIT and Northland Pioneer College, allowing them to explore career pathways, earn credits, develop workforce skills, and prepare for life after graduation.

Through partnerships with local professionals, mentors, volunteers, and community organizations, our students gain access to enrichment opportunities, hands-on learning experiences, and connections that help them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
