Through mentorship, students develop leadership skills while helping create a strong sense of community throughout the school.

Benefits of the Mentorship Program:

  • Builds leadership and responsibility in older students

  • Provides positive role models for younger students

  • Encourages confidence and self-esteem

  • Strengthens communication and social skills

  • Creates meaningful friendships across age groups

  • Fosters a supportive school community

  • Provides additional academic encouragement and support

This program reflects our belief that some of life's most valuable lessons come from helping and learning from one another. By empowering older students to become leaders and role models, we create a school culture built on kindness, responsibility, and community.

At Homestead Learning Academy, we believe high school should be about more than earning credits—it should be about helping students discover their strengths, pursue their passions, develop leadership skills, and graduate prepared for the next chapter of their lives.
